NORTHERN RIVERS CLASSIC CAR CLUB

This event runs across the weekend with markets and joy-rides available, with the car show organised for the Sunday. Even though it is usually a hot day it is a great family day. It is a liad back day with no formal judging for the cars, however there is a lucky gate prize for all entrants.

The annual Street machine Show 'n' Shine at the Ballina Rugby fields. The event is frequented by people returning from Summernats which means that there is usually a good showing of 'professional' cars.

The annual registration day will be held at Brown's Creek car park on December 11th. Turn up and have your car inspected and pay your membership all at once while having a chat with your fellow members. The plan is to meet at 9:30am to ensure there is plenty of time to get everything done. Hope to see you there!

This year the Christmas party will be held on the 2nd of December at the East Lismore Bowling Club. The aim is to have dinner at around 7pm which means that it would be great if people could be there around 6:30pm so we can get organised. The club will be contributing $10 to a member's meal. Hope to see you there to celebrate a wonderful year.

A family fun day down at Ballina Bunnings to celebrate International Men's Day. We will be a part of their car show and as such will need to be down there early in the day.

Those attending will need to make their own way there or organise with others to meet up. As a club we will be meeting at bunnings at 9:45am in preparation for setting up. The day will run until 2pm and has various forms of entertainment to fill the hours.

Casino's Auto Spectacular will be held on Sunday the 16th of October 2016 at the Casino Rugby Fields. The club plans to meet out the front in order to enter together at 8am. It costs $5 each to enter. 

The annual Fish & Chip run will be held in September this year down at the Boat Ramp Park in Evans Head this year. For those wanting to meet up and travel together, the plan is to meet at Webb Park in Casino near the Irving Bridge at 9:30am for a 10:00am start. If you aim to meet up down there, the approximate time for arrival is around half past ten.

This month we will be going for a run to Brian King's collection out at Pearce's Creek. We'll meet at Brown's Creek Car Park at 10:00 for a 10:30 start. Bring your own morning tea and the club is organising a BBQ lunch afterwards.

A family fun day will be held at the Ballina Homemaker Centre. We will be meeting at the Homemaker Centre's Car Park around 9:30 as we need to be set up by 10am. If you have let me know that you are going you will be shown to your assigned spot in the display. If you are coming for the drive we will see you down there!

It will run from 10am - 2pm. Come down and see the displays!

The annual show and shine will be running again this year. For those who wish to attend you will need to be there before 8:30am to find those from the rest of the club. The Show 'n' Shine will run until 1:30pm - the cars need to be cleared before the parade starts.

We are meeting on the corner of Walker and Johnson between 8 and 8:30 as the display opens at 8:30am.

It would be great to get as many people as possible to showcase the club.

We will be meeting at Brown's Creek Carpark at 10:00am for a 10:30am departure towards Mooball where we are stopping at the Moo Moo Cafe for morning tea before heading up to Uki for lunch following Phil and Elaine Chapman.

The plan is to be ready at the wharf at 9:00am for a 9:30am cruise departure. The cruise will last 4 and a half hours. 

The cost will be $66/head and $60/pensioner. We need a minimum of 20 people to book so numbers are needed by the April monthly meeting. If attending please bring your money to the April Club Meeting!

There is accommodation available nearby, the Blue Pelican is close so driving up the day before is an option for those who do not wish to travel early on the Sunday morning.

For those interested in going you need to contact Freddy Dhu (contact number in the members section of the website) so we can gather numbers. There needs to be a minimum of 20 people for this to go ahead - so please put your name down as soon as you know.

The idea of this month's run is to head to Byron Bay Brewery via the coast road for lunch. We will be meeting ath Brown's Creek Car Park at 10:00am for a 10:30am departure. 

Lunch at the brewery will average $15 depending on what you order, and there is plenty of safe parking for the cars.

We will be leaving Brown's Crek carpark at 9:30am, heading to Wardell for morning tea then on to Mclean and back to Rapville Pub for lunch.

We'll be meeting at 10am at Webb Park in Casino for a 10:30am departure. We'll be driving down to Harwood for lunch and a chat. Hope to see you there!

This month's meeting will be the AGM. We'll start the meeting at 7pm sharp; and will be opening all committee positions for nomination. Hope to see all of you there!!

Hosted by Northern Rivers Ford Owners Club NSW Inc. at Albert Park (Rugby Union Grounds) Casino. The day is open to all makes and models, cars, bikes, utes, trucks, hot rods etc.; with numerous trophies up for grabs.

Entry is $5 per person (which includes Show Display Entrants) wth Kids uder 12 free. Entrants must be tere from 6am, open to the public at 8am.

Meeting in Casino for the Memorial run at 9:30am at the park.

We will be meeting at Webb Park in Casino at 10/10.30am. BYO morning tea to have in Coraki; then heading to Evans Head.
